This machine is driven by a fully-speed electric motor that rotates the main spindle. As the spindle turns, it sets in motion the emulsifying blades within the emulsification frame groove, causing them to draw liquid from the tank through the guide vanes located on the upper and lower sides of the frame groove into the annular frame groove. The high-speed, circular rotation of the blades—centered around the main spindle—continuously subjects the cutting edges of the emulsifying blades to intense, high-frequency shearing and crushing forces against the inner surface of the emulsification frame. Subsequently, the rapidly rotating blades, under centrifugal force, expel the emulsified mixture outward, continuously circulating and mixing it. In this way, homogeneous emulsification can be achieved in an extremely short time.
