Product Introduction
This machine is driven by a fully-speed electric motor that rotates the main spindle. As the spindle turns, it sets in motion the emulsifying blades within the emulsification frame groove, causing them to draw liquid from the tank through the guide vanes located on the upper and lower sides of the frame groove into the annular frame groove. The high-speed, circular rotation of the blades—centered around the main spindle—continuously subjects the cutting edges of the emulsifying blades to intense, high-frequency shearing and crushing forces against the inner surface of the emulsification frame. Subsequently, the rapidly rotating blades, under centrifugal force, expel the emulsified mixture outward, continuously circulating and mixing it. In this way, homogenization and emulsification are achieved in an extremely short time.
Installation Operation Precautions
1. The mechanical length (L) of this unit is the standard length; if lengthening or shortening is required, it can be custom-manufactured accordingly.
2. The ideal position for the mechanical length is to place the emulsification frame at a depth of 60% into the effective liquid level.
3. When selecting an emulsifier, please refer to the following factors: capacity, viscosity, processing time, reaction temperature, and intended purpose. Please contact our company’s sales department for further information.
4. The water-bearing bushing in the emulsifier uses a self-lubricating bearing. It is strictly prohibited to start the equipment when the liquid level falls below the water-bearing bushing, to avoid damaging the bearing.

Working principle
The DYCJ-type sanitary magnetic stirrer is primarily designed for GMP upgrades in industries such as pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, and food processing. It features excellent performance, a rational structure, compact size, and reliable operation. The unit mainly consists of components including an internal magnetic rotor, an isolation sleeve, and a drive motor, and is suitable for use as a stirring device in various stainless steel reaction vessels and liquid preparation tanks.
The DYCJ sanitary magnetic stirrer features all parts that come into contact with the material made of 316L/304 materials. It operates by using the working principle of a permanent magnet coupling to drive the stirring shaft. A welded isolation sleeve with a static, dead-seal design replaces the dynamic mechanical seal, completely eliminating the inevitable leakage, emissions, and dripping associated with conventional mechanical seals.
