Product Features
1. Inverted-cone extraction tank
It has a small top and a large bottom, giving it an inverted-cone shape. Its most distinctive feature is that slag removal is extremely convenient, and it occupies relatively little building space.
2. Dynamically extracted mixing tank
It occupies a relatively small amount of building space. Thanks to the use of intermediate stirring, the medicinal materials and solvent are forced into full contact, significantly enhancing the extraction rate and ensuring complete dissolution of all active ingredients.
3. Positive-cone extraction tank (traditional type)
It occupies a relatively small amount of building space and is widely used in extraction workshops. The slag-discharge door is equipped with bottom heating, making the extraction of medicinal materials safer.
4. Straight-tube extraction tank
It has a slender shape and occupies a relatively large space within the building, which is advantageous for both heat and mass transfer. This shortens extraction and heating times, enhances extraction efficiency, and makes it suitable for alcohol extraction and percolation systems.
Product Structure
Rotary slag discharge door
The fully automatic opening and closing of the tank lid enables extraction under high temperature and high pressure. The rotary-ring design can achieve pressures exceeding 3 bar, providing greater flexibility in extraction processes and accommodating special process requirements. The system is safe and reliable, featuring comprehensive safety protection functions and ensuring that the extraction tank remains leak-free.
Large-caliber slag discharge door
The tank lid can be fully automated for opening and closing, enabling extraction under high temperature and high pressure and offering more options for the extraction process. Some residue-discharge ports are designed specifically for large-caliber, inverted-cone extraction tanks, providing a high level of safety.
