Device features
This equipment is assembled from an elliptical head equipped with a jacket, a cylindrical body with a conical bottom, an internal three-blade agitator, and a specially designed fine-adjustment discharge pipe. For concentrating traditional Chinese medicine decoctions, a liquid with a specific alcohol content is prepared by adding alcohol, after which liquid-solid separation is achieved through settling at room temperature or under low-temperature freezing, thereby enhancing the purity and clarity of the extracted medicinal solution. The entire equipment is made of stainless steel SUS304 and is equipped with an automatic high-pressure water spray cleaning system. The jacket can be supplied with low-temperature cooling water, and the transmission parts feature mechanical seals and explosion-proof motors to ensure production safety. The equipment complies with GMP pharmaceutical standards, and its surface can be finished either in a mirror-like or matte finish.
Scope of application
This equipment is suitable for alcohol precipitation in applications such as traditional Chinese medicine, oral liquids, food, health supplements, and chemical products. The alcohol precipitation tank is a specialized piece of equipment developed specifically for the alcohol precipitation process. It is primarily used for freezing solutions obtained after concentrating aqueous extracts of traditional Chinese medicine, or for performing alcohol precipitation at room temperature. It can also be used for water precipitation of concentrated solutions following alcohol extraction of traditional Chinese medicine.
