Device features
This equipment is a new product developed by our factory based on the study and reference of similar products both domestically and internationally. It integrates multiple functions—multi-purpose extraction, vacuum concentration, and solvent recovery—into a single unit, thereby simplifying the operational procedures. Moreover, since the entire extraction, concentration, and recovery process takes place within a closed flow system, it effectively eliminates phenomena such as “leakage,” “spillage,” and “emission.” The spent herbal residue can be discharged automatically via an electric lifting mechanism, improving the working environment and reducing energy consumption. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with materials are made entirely of stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements. This equipment is suitable for hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and the food industry for extracting and concentrating traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, fruit juices, and other substances, as well as for recovering organic solvents.
