This equipment is suitable for concentrating materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, glucose, starch sugar, oral liquids, chemicals, food products, monosodium glutamate, dairy products, and more. It is also ideal for recovering industrial organic solvents (such as alcohol) from low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials that are produced in small batches but come in a wide variety of types.

1. Alcohol Recovery: This system boasts a large recovery capacity and employs a vacuum concentration process. It offers a 5- to 10-fold improvement over older, similar equipment, while reducing energy consumption by 30%. It features low investment requirements and high recovery efficiency.

2. Concentrated Liquid: This equipment employs an external-heating, natural circulation, vacuum-negative-pressure evaporation method, ensuring rapid evaporation and achieving a concentration ratio as high as 1:3. The liquid is concentrated in a fully sealed system without foaming. The concentrated liquid produced by this equipment features zero contamination and a rich, potent medicinal aroma, and it’s also easy to clean—simply open the upper and lower covers of the heater for cleaning. The equipment is simple to operate and requires a small footprint. Both the heater and evaporator feature stainless steel insulation structures, with polyurethane foam used for thermal insulation. The outer surface is finished with a matte, sandblasted texture, meeting GMP pharmaceutical standards.
