Uses and Performance
This equipment is used for concentrating liquid materials in industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, food, and chemical processing. The ideal specific gravity of the concentrated extract is around 1.2.
Equipment structure
This equipment consists of a first-effect heater, a first-effect evaporation chamber, a second-effect heater, a second-effect evaporator, a vapor-liquid separator, a condenser, a liquid collection tank, and various valves and piping components within the unit.

The equipment is divided into manual and fully automatic types.
Principle and Features
1. This equipment combines external heating with natural circulation and vacuum negative-pressure evaporation. The heating and evaporating materials are continuously exchanged, offering features such as uniform heat distribution and rapid evaporation.
2. The entire process is carried out in a closed system. Both the heating chamber and the evaporation chamber are equipped with online cleaning capabilities. Temperature and vacuum levels are displayed online. The equipment, both inside and outside, is made of stainless steel and features a mirror-polished finish, meeting GMP requirements.
3. The all-glass manhole design allows for clear observation of the concentration status of the internal materials.
4. The vapor-liquid separator can effectively reduce the loss of active ingredients caused by vapor-liquid entrainment.
5. It can continuously feed materials, discharge condensed solvents, and take samples under vacuum conditions. 6. Depending on customer requirements, the condenser can be configured in a plate-fin design to further enhance its condensation and cooling performance.
